We are a local business located on the main Esquimalt strip with an unfurnished private interior room available to rent for use as a workspace from Tuesday-Sunday (there are no windows in this private room). This ad is not for an entire private commercial suite. This space is ideal for a self-employed Registered Massage Therapist, Thai massage, other manual therapist (non-registered massage?), or other...? Amenities: Bathroom, fridge, microwave. Wifi access (not for client use) Central heat and air conditioning. Receive mail to business location. Ability to meet with 1-2 clients at a time. Respectful use of space is expected, including working at a volume appropriate for proper function of an office. Hours of access can be negotiated based on your needs.
