Fantastic views of Alberni Canal. The suite is private, on top floor, with private entrance, and small deck. But it is small and would suite one person only who likes steep hills and some stairs. There is a 4-piece bathroom, eat-in kitchen, 1 bedroom and storage room, but no living room. Rent is $575 plus hydro. One cat might be considered with pet deposit if you have great references.
