Looking for a small shop space similar to the picture. Would prefer a non-commrecial/retail area such as an unused shop on private property. Space will be used by a carpet cleaning company for storing equipment and supplies as well as cleaning rugs. Nobody would be at this premise except the owner and there are no staff. No customers will ever be on-site meaning extremely low traffic on to the property. Most of the time the owner will be off-site cleaning. No late night or early hours. The building would need water heat and be insulated and have a larger open flat area. Basically an open warehouse area with a washroom and maybe an office or more. 800- 1500 sq ft. A stellar 5-year reference is available from my previous landlord from the same arrangement.
